Ms Halfen is really cool, teenage oriented teacher. Your class is fun and interesting .And you're a funny and hyper teacher. That's what i like about your class

My favorite project was the survey project. Its fun because it hekped me know more about different people. And the questions i fear to ask straight forwardly could be easliy asked through this way.

What i didn't like about this class was to take notes. I mean you have too much stuffs in one power point.Soit would be easy if you would break it through or make it simple. But you got cool visual aids in it.

Well some of the activites we did was like for elementary kids stuff so i wish you could eliminate that.

If you could do more practical experiments such as hypnotism or somthing liek that, then that would be really owsome and unforgetable.

Simple Salves for Severe Traumatic Brain Injuries

Kirsten Timmons was navigating a frozen overpass one night when a passing car skidded out of control and slammed into her vehicle. As her car came to a stop, Timmons’s head probably snapped around its own axis, decelerating sharply when it struck the seat-belt holder next to her.

that accident caused her a severe traumatic brain injury.but luckily she got in the hospital fast giving her a hope of survival. after 8days of coma she did not recognize her daughter but after 3 yr she knows her child but struggled to concentrate.the traumatic brain injury cause blood vessels broken in the initial injury can bleed into the brain, raising pressure inside the skull. These vessels also may dilate to feed oxygen-starved brain regions, increasing brain volume further. If the swelling goes unchecked, the brain pushes out in every direction. Not only does this expansion complicate oxygen delivery, but it may also push the brain through the only available hole, at the base of the skull, crushing the brain stem and killing the patient.it does have treatment it can treat the problem but it cannot bring your mental abilities,memory and all.

Well, my hands got cooler and not my entire body exactly. As if the guy was speaking, his color turned into a cold more like frozen person. So i hesitate that if this made me cooler or his wordings.Anyway i guess it worked.

My Dream -post #4 [part2]

I don't know if it is my craziest dream. But i always dream about my dad scolding me so badly to break up with my boyfriend. He just don't like him because my lover is from a different religion. Well, am still continuing while my parents don't know. So every nights or when ever i sleep, i dream, about my dad finding about my relation and me getting in a big trouble.I know its weird but it stress me a lot.

Is bad kids who do drugs, or doing drugs that makes kids bad?
The answer is both.................!!
People who uses drug at early ages are more likely to follow the pattern of school failure, substance dependence, sexually- transmitted disease and criminal convictions. "Bad kids who are addicted is more likely to come from abusive, households and had behavior problems as children.While. the "good kids" from more stable backgrounds.Also the good kids who do drugs end up looking like the bad kids who didn’t do drugs.A third of the girls from the “good kids” group were pregnant before age 21 if they had been using drugs and alcohol regularly.But Caspi insisted that,"Good and bad, the adolescents who regularly used drugs and alcohol “all had poorer health as adults." He also noted that pretty much everything about these kids can be easily sorted. The basic way for these kids to be become like this is their lives and family situations.

The activity said that I am right-hemisphere dominant and have preference between auditory and visual processing, which makes me "slightly off balance".
It also said that I'm more likely to be disorganized, a dreamer, and focuses on the end result that the immediate task of hand. Also, that i am passionate, patient, have a particular goal, and success.
I totally agree with this because that the exact way i think of myself. So i think it is accurate. The balamnce of my sensory modes allow for both learning and expresive capabilities achieved by few and I am active.

This trick is simply known as “negative retinal afterimage” which means that, the green color is visible when looking at the given hue for several second and then looking at the neutral color. But if we just follow the dots rather than not looking at the neutral color it will not be visible. It is because of “color constancy”, we see colors independently. So if we switch the color to green and carefully observe it, we could see the magenta color. Which means the reveres is also possible. Additionally, a Gestalt effect, the “phenomenon” The afterimage from the successive retinal location is known as the single moving object, the green disk. Shortly, it is easy to fixate on the center, a Gestalt effect leads to a flying green effect and the retinal locations are re-adapted and afterimage is uncovered only shortly.

Optical illusion is visually perceived images that differ from reality of an object. It is simply worked by information gathered by the eye and it will not be tally with a physical measurement of the stimulus source.It causes the picture in a different way and unconscious inferences.Looking at this picture you can see a musicial and a girl's face.
